Dr. Mohammad Mouhib Kalo

Mohammad Mouhib Kalo is an internal medicine doctor. He is a full-time physician who has been working for over 23 years at his office in Wheelersburg, Ohio.  He has served as a chief of staff and a medical director in hospitals and nursing homes. He has helped train many young graduates in the area.

Dr. Kalo is married and he is a father of three children. He moved with his family to the area of Cincinnati in 2020 so his three children could get Islamic education. His children are currently attending INTAC Islamic school. He believes in the importance of Islamic schools in shaping Muslim kids’ characters. He is passionate about the community and he views the Islamic schools as the most important institute for the survival of Muslim generations. 

Maram khabbaz, MD, ABFM, ABGM

Certified medical director

Dr. Khabbaz is certified medical director and practices in that capacity at two facilities. 

Dr. Khabbaz co-founded a Syrian humanitarian organization called Women United for Syria. Furthermore, Dr. Khabbaz also served as the previous vice president in another local humanitarian foundation, the Syrian American Foundation (SAF) which she continues to be an active member of. She is an acting Board Member of UOSSM International as well as the vice-president of UOSSM USA.

Dr. Khabbaz is also involved in teaching medical residents through Mercy Hospital residency program and Bethesda Family practice residency program 

At the local community level, Dr. Khabbaz served as a team leader of Rahma  community service /ICGC for more than 3 years 

Dr. Khabbaz is a mother of four children; two of them graduated from INTAC and two are current students. She always tries to support the Islamic school on multiple level; PTO officer, homeroom mom, and as a chaperon. 

Dr Khabbaz believes highly in the importance of Islamic schools in raising well rounded muslim leaders with strong personality. 

Dr Khabbaz joined Albayn academy board recently helping in the academic and curriculum development of the school.

 

 

Dr Ahmed Khalil

I am Dr. Ahmed Khalil. I am a anesthesiologist at university of cincinnati. I have been in Cincinnati since 2004. 

I’m a father of four. The oldest two daughters were INTAC students from pre K till 8 grades and both are currently at university of cincinnati. 

My son Omar graduated from INTAC then went to mason school, currently is a senior. 

My youngest daughter is at fourth grade at INTAC. 

I always believe in Islamic school and Islamic education. I will always support Islamic school in the city because there where our kid’s identity will be shaped.

Dr. Samir Ataya

Salam Alaikum, I am Dr. Samir Ataya!
I am a pulmonary critical care specialist. I have been an active member of the community for many years, serving on many boards.   I have a long-standing experience in volunteering, and have a passion for making a positive impact on my community.I firmly believe in the importance of establishing lasting institutions that will benefit future generations. All of my kids were  raised at INTAC.In my free time, I like to read and travel with my family!

Dr. Bashar Brijawi

My name is Bashar Brijawi, I a neurologist specialized in sleep medicine and clinical neurophysiology,  I am on the school board because I believe that our children deserve the best possible education. As a parent of five children, I understand the importance of creating a safe, islamic and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.I will work tirelessly to ensure that our schools have the resources they need to provide a world-class education to our students. This includes advocating for increased funding for our schools, improving teacher training and retention, and promoting policies that support student achievement.

I understand the importance of strong partnerships between schools, families, and local businesses. I will work to build strong relationships between our schools and the broader community to provide opportunities for our students to excel and prepare for their future.

I am also committed to promoting innovative programs that help our students develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity. Our students must be prepared for the rapidly changing world, and I believe that providing a comprehensive education that includes academic, islamic, and real-world skills is critical.

Dr. Mahmoud Charif

My name is Mahmoud Charif, my family and I lived in Cincinnati since 2005, I have 4 children, all of whom went to INTAC.
I am a Hematologist Oncologist with a sub-specialty in breast cancer, I am currently the director of the Hematology and Oncology Fellowship Program and interim co-dirdctor of Breast Oncology at the University of Cincinnati.
I believe with commitment from individuals, families, and the community we can provide our youth with world class academic education combined with a strong Islamic education to help them maintain Islamic values and identify.

Dr. Nader Allen

I joined AlBayan school board because I believe that our youth don’t only need a great education, but they also need education in a safe, islamic, and inclusive environment to help them become some of the best future Ohioans and further build future muslim American Ohioan identity and community in accordance to the prophetic teaching of prophet Mohamed (pbh).

I am the father of two kids who currently attend ElSwedey International Academy.

I will do all I can to advocate for more resources from our community and beyond to help support AlBayan in reaching its vision of becoming one of the top schools in Ohio and one of top Islamic schools in the USA.
